The Wriggle Valley Voices meet in Chetnole’s village hall every Thursday from 19:30 – 21:00.
We sing a wide variety of music in a relaxed, patient and supportive atmosphere.
If you just enjoy the act of singing this choir is for you.
The nice thing about choir-singing is that you’re not in the spotlight: everybody is learning, making mistakes and growing together.
You don’t need prior experience, nor a ‘good voice’, nor the ability to read music.
Uri Smilansky is our choir master. He is a local musician and academic, specialising in historical repertoires. He has boundless musical patience, and a passion for bringing people into how music works.
